Customer Service Representative – Store & Go
Store & Go, Calgary’s downtown self-storage facility, is offering an opportunity for an enthusiastic part-time Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers and recommending storage product solutions.
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual that can provide exceptional customer service. You will be a key team member and serve as first point of contact for all customers, clients, vendors, and retailers and use your professionalism and problem-solving skills to enhance the customer experience.
This is a part-time position. Candidates must have open availability on weekends and statutory holidays. Core working hours are Saturday and Sunday between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and according to the needs of the business.
As our Customer Service Representative, you will
- Assist customers in renting storage units, understanding lease terms, fees, and insurance, and completing lease agreements.
- Complete lease agreements.
- Consult and match products to customer's needs.
- Maintain company property and appearance.
- Conduct daily storage unit inspection confirming inventory availability.
- Manage and utilize the Store & Go lease and retail inventory system.
Requirements for this position are:
- Minimum of one year of customer service and/or sales experience.
- Customer oriented personality.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Demonstrated data input.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willing to submit a pre-employment background check.
