Service Representative II (sales representative) - Coquitlam

As a Service Representative II (sales focus) with Steve Nash Fitness World & Sports Club (SNFW) you are an ambassador of BC’s #1 provider of health, fitness and wellbeing. You demonstrate the value of SNFW and our mission of making fitness the best part of our members day. Reporting to the General Manager, your primary responsibilities are to achieve individual sales targets; community and social media engagement; lead and referral generation; and friendly and knowledgeable club tours.

Responsibilities:  

• Achieve individual sales targets (daily leads, appointments, shows, enrolments and referrals).
• Community and social media engagement, for example: conventions, exhibitions, festivals, etc.
• Communicate contests and promotions to generate leads and referrals.
• Conduct friendly and knowledgeable club tours to create excitement about joining SNFW.
• Provide friendly, professional and thoughtful customer service, for example: member check-ins, account inquiries, collect overdue account balances and update payment methods.
• Address concerns and questions; escalate to the appropriate club manager as required.
• Club opening and closing procedures, and general cleanliness of the club (team cleans).
• Assist the General or Operations Manager with administrative and operational service requests.
• Conduct activities as per company policies, procedures and practices.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. 

Education & Qualifications:

• Completion of high school
• Customer Service orientation
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills
• May be required to work opening or closing shifts, and/or weekends
