Service Representative I (front desk) - North Vancouver

Responsibilities:  

• Provide friendly, professional and thoughtful customer service to members and guests.
• Ensure you open the club on time if scheduled to open the club.
• Check-in members to the club, assist with group fitness and GT12 check-in as required.
• Communicate contests and promotions to generate leads and referrals.
• Assist walk-in traffic with membership agreement inquiries and sales.
• Address account inquiries, collect overdue account balances and update payment methods.
• Address concerns and questions; escalate to the appropriate club manager as required.
• Club opening and closing procedures, and general cleanliness of the club (team cleans).
• Assist the General or Operations Manager with administrative and operational service requests.
• Conduct activities as per company policies, procedures and practices.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. 

Education & Qualifications:

• Completion of high school
• Customer Service orientation
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills
• May be required to work opening or closing shifts, and/or weekends
