Assistant Sales Manager - Delta & Surrey

As an Assistant General (Sales) Manager with Steve Nash Fitness World & Sports Club you are an ambassador and for BC’s #1 provider of health, fitness and wellbeing. You will master consultative sales in an inside sales environment, recognized and rewarded with performance-based pay incentives. You have tapped into your leadership potential and are working towards a club leadership position. You are naturally goal oriented, highly engaged, passionate, relationship driven and upbeat.

Your Day

You will lead from the front by executing lead generation, marketing and sales strategies to grow our member base, generate club revenue and achieve individual sales targets. You will champion weekend sales strategies and support the General Manager developing and leading 4 – 8 team members. You will engage with the community, members and social media through self-directed creative and entrepreneurial activities to create excitement about joining the SNFW family.
