SHIFT: Tuesday to Saturday - 3:00pm to 11:00pm

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee end-to-end returns processes from the RMA through freight returns and Reverse Logistics (RVL) Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) processes
  • Create bill of ladings for appropriate return orders to the designated vendor
  • Complying to strict scheduling with the vendors to acquire the appropriate RMA
  • Actioning industry and organizational best practices; determine value and action change directives to gain efficiencies in transportation and warehousing
  • Ensure all reverse logistics documentation is performed with accuracy and efficiency
  • Review and maintain Proof of Deliveries
  • Maintain warehouse cage lists by client SOP standards
  • Lead process for loading returns, staging and proper tagging
  • Coordinate communications effectively with internal and external clients
  • Ensure return documentation is completed correctly and attached to products
  • Monitor the returns area, organize products and allocated areas for offloading
  • Printing off return slips to be attached to each specific return item
  • Responsible for organizing product returns into designated warehouse sections and stage accordingly when the applicable Bill of Lading (BOL) has been created for transportation to the assigned ‘Return to Company’
  • Monitor team trailer loading audit protocol for all outbound product
  • Ensuring the staging lines for products are audited and tagged
  • Using Airtable to track, review and update daily delivery returns and inbound product from feeder hubs
  • Monitor Asset Tracker updates and maintain record accuracy
  • Assist with team training and development
  • Leads all RVL warehouse personnel by assisting in delegating and performance management Reviews all RVL inventory processes to ensure the product availability for vendor shipments and to ensure compliance with the organization’s RVL procedures and mandates
  • Create and manage solutions for RVL inventory capacity issues
  • Maintain targets, objectives, and goals throughout the warehouse and driver return process Implement and supervise safe practices and ensure all are compliant with Occupational Health & Safety regulation
  • Monitor SOP compliance for all RVL warehouse operations
  • Supervise delivery return activity to ensure RVL receivers are compliant with warehouse procedures and delivery return processes
  • Assist in escalated RVL issues
  • Ensure end of day checklist is completed and actioned
  • Send end of day report to Operations Supervisor at the end of each operating day
  • Complete shift briefings to ensure the effective communication of relevant information to department team members
  • Provide daily feedback to team members through coaching and performance reinforcement
  • Ensure successful unloading of inbound trailers (Approximately 3-6 trailers daily)
  • Prepare outlined outbound for the following operational day

 

EXPEREINCE

  • Previous experience as a Warehouse/Logistics Lead or similar/equivalent leadership position

EDUCATION

  • College or relevant professional experience in lieu
