About the Opportunity
As a member of the Sales Department, the Area Sales Representative (ASR) is accountable for their respective showhome and subdivision. The ASR manages the entire new home sales process while providing an excellent customer service experience for all of our potential home buyers.
As an ASR, you will sell the company product with accurate and up to date knowledge of the Company and its products. The ASR will become a subject matter expert on housing models, model options, pricing and available lots. They will be knowledgeable about the companies’ showhome or sales center features and standard specifications, builder warranty program, and financing options for the clients. The ASR will also be knowledgeable on the communities’ amenities and features, and competitor product and pricing, to effectively market and sell to both potential and existing clients. As an ASR, you support marketing initiatives by marketing the company product through several platforms, and the maintenance of clear and accurate sales information, including signage and sales materials. The ASR works closely with the Sales Manager in developing a business plan that creates sales goals for the assigned community and will successfully achieve these goals. You will interact with various clients such as home buyers, sales department, design, drafting, engineering, construction department; realtors while providing excellent customer service experience to all.
The Successful Candidate will possess the following characteristics;
You like to sell, especially new homes, and you are successful at it. Your approach to selling is to qualify the buyer, listen to their needs, educate on the product and close the deal when the time is right. You are diplomatic and persuasive in interacting with others, leveraging your people skills to achieve results. You maintain poise and professionalism and have superior communication skills. You can work evenings, weekends and statutory holidays during standard show homes hours.
