They are headquartered in Montreal where 400 of their 500 employees are based.  The Montreal location includes the corporate offices, production and warehouse facilities. 

The Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities is to proactively identify our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualified employees using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Recognize for your networking skills, interacting on social media and enjoy learning about different roles and love to strive in a dynamic, fast pace, growing environment. 


  • Coordinate and determine position requirements (Title, Job Descriptions)
  • Post & Broadcast positions on different platforms, social media and professional networks (ATS, Career Page, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Sourcing, screening qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
  • Conducting face to face interviews and responsible for recruitment full cycle on specific roles
  • Responsible for Background checks and references when required
  • Promote our employer brand (Social Media) and attending various recruiting events (Job Fairs, Career Blitz, School events, etc.)
  • Maintain candidate pipeline in database (internal tracking and ATS-Dayforce)
  • Becoming Dayforce Super User (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Coordination of interviews with candidates and HR Manager’s
  • Responsible for creation of offer letters and contracts when required
  • Ensuring Onboarding Dayforce forms activation
  • Ensuring new forms (tax) updates in system (annual verification)  

Required Qualifications:  

  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a Recruiter role
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms)
  • Detail oriented; high sense of organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet tight deadlines;
  • Good knowledge of Office Suite software’s with advanced skills recognized on Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral, in French and English (a must)
