Founded in 1957, Joseph Ribkoff is an iconic designer, manufacturer and distributor of fashionable women’s apparel which is designed, sewn and produced in Canada and sold to 64 international markets. They are headquartered in Montreal where 400 of their 500 employees are based.  The Montreal location includes the corporate offices, production and warehouse facilities. 

The Customer Service Representative in the returns department is responsible for engaging with customers via phone or email, with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, in order to deliver an outstanding service experience, through completing the returns and replacement transactions.

 

Responsible for  

  • Handle all incoming calls and e-mails in a timely, efficient and professional manner
  • Process all returns received with attention, accuracy and timeliness
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Extract and analyze the return requests 
  • Replace and suggest new styles
  • Build trust with customer through open communication  

Required Qualifications

  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills in both French and English
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Autonomous and resourceful
  • Capacity to take initiatives and make decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Available full time; Monday to Friday
