The Customer Service Representative is responsible for engaging with customers via phone or email, with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, in order to deliver an outstanding service experience, through completing transactions, and by identifying sales and opportunities.


Responsible for


  • Handle all incoming calls and emails in a timely, efficient and professional manner

  • Process all orders received with attention, accuracy and timeliness

  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication

  • Attend to customer complaints, process returns and arrange for replacements

  • Provide timely communication and resources to all the Sales Representatives and/or stores regarding images and any other promotional activities initiated by the head office

  • Various administrative tasks and support random warehouse duties

Required Qualifications

  • Two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar position, ideally in the fashion industry

  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Autonomous and resourceful

  • Capacity to take initiatives and make decisions

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office  and or CRM

  • Available full time; Monday to Friday / 40 hrs week
