About the Role:

  • Supports the Director, Sales Integration and Business Development to oversee the successful management and coordination for all tasks and campaign assignment

  • Manages the successful day-to-day management of the Business Development Inbox and campaign reporting for all revenue generating campaigns

  • Manage Business Development inbox for custom digital and broadcast campaigns

  • Assign creative projects to internal campaign specialists, coordinators, graphic designers, onlineops, and development team

  • Manage workload of integrated campaign execution team members

  • Work with sales to determine requirements of campaigns before assigning to execution team

  • Handle back and forth campaign execution with sales when necessary

  • Manage digital and broadcast booking/scheduling calendar for new campaigns and sponsorship's

  • Assist with digital and broadcast campaign execution as required

  • Build paid digital social campaigns on FB, Twitter, and IG

  • Build paid digital contests and pull winners as required

  • Build paid custom digital advertorial links on Globalnews.ca

  • Supports tracking and revenue reporting on custom digital and broadcast campaigns

  • Assist in pulling data for post campaign reports as required

  • Report on custom digital and broadcast revenue reporting

  • Fields digital change requests, new product questions, website additions from local markets

  • Works with ad ops to manage campaigns and trouble shoot problems on Globalnews.ca

About You:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organization skills

  • Project management background ideal

  • Strong cross functional team communication and stakeholder alignment experience

  • Problem solving and alternative solutions based thinking

  • Supports vision into the organizations needs

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and PowerPoint skills

  • Experience building social campaigns

  • Experience in working in a multi-platform environment
