Affiliate Sales & Marketing Assistant, EMEA (Temp to Perm)

We are looking for an Affiliate Sales & Marketing Assistant, supporting the VP of EMEA and the Affiliate Sales & Marketing Coordinator, EMEA in our central London office. 

A junior/entry level role, the individual will be keen to learn, highly collaborative, they must work extremely well with others, building strong relationships externally with affiliate platform contacts across EMEA and internally with BlueAnt teams around the world.

Candidates must be highly skilled multi-taskers; the environment is fast paced with an all-hands-on deck approach to working. 

The successful candidate will be someone who isn’t afraid to “get their hands dirty”, is detail-oriented, organised, passionate about TV and has a keen interest to learn about the pay-tv broadcast and FAST streaming industry.

What You’ll Be Doing…

Support the Affiliate Sales & Marketing Coordinator with general client and affiliate relationship management and brand partnership marketing activities:

Love Nature:

• Handle general partner requests such as logos, images, and file delivery with promptness and professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with the central marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing toolkits for Love Nature’s monthly highlights emails.
• Support the Affiliate Sales & Marketing Coordinator in sourcing programming and marketing assets for media brand partnerships to enhance Love Nature's visibility and reach.

FAST Channels:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for promotional asset requests for Blue Ant Media’s portfolio of FAST channels.
• Efficiently coordinate the distribution of monthly highlights and promotional assets to affiliate platforms, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage the input of monthly highlights data into platform partners' channel highlights portals (Samsung TV Plus & Rakuten), maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Liaise effectively with internal creative teams to communicate briefs, facilitate asset development, and ensure timely delivery of promotional materials to platforms.

General Marketing & Sales Administration:

• Maintain and update the affiliate marketing contacts database and email distribution lists for Love Nature and FAST, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Assist in coordinating and delivering brand assets (including sizzle/loop reels & merchandise) for trade events such as PIKE, NEM & CABSAT.
• Take ownership of maintaining and updating the channel sales database, subscriber tracker and various administration documents to support marketing and sales activities effectively.
• Assisting with general admin; calendars, shipping, travel, accommodation and restaurant bookings, completing team expenses, office administration & coordination, tax certificate fulfilment, filing (digital & non-digital), invoicing support, meeting room bookings.
