Coordinator, Data Research FAST/SVOD
Do you know what FAST and AVOD are? Are you curious about how platforms are expanding access to different types of television video content? Can you dig into various data and industry reports to pull observations and insights? Then we’d love to talk with you about joining our research and analytics team!
In this role, the Coordinator will report to the Manager, Research, providing analysis and insight that will help assist in decisions as it relates to viewing of Blue Ant digital content across VOD, SVOD, and AVOD/FAST platforms. Furthermore, the Coordinator will serve as a key resource for multiple departments, working with the Senior Director of Planning and Analytics to build a deep understanding of the digital and streaming landscape.
What You'll Be Doing...
- Manage detailed, daily/weekly/monthly analysis of SVOD/AVOD and FAST businesses (multiple channels/genres, across multiple platforms and multiple territories) using business intelligence tools
- Identify FAST viewership trends and top performing content for scheduling decisions and to drive strategic promotion with individual partners
- Assignments (ad hoc) including but not limited to quantitative analysis, testing products, summarizing quarterly/annual earnings, pricing analysis, summarizing white papers
- Communicate findings weekly to key stakeholders
- Assist in building decks to communicate performance to various levels of executives, and external partners as necessary
- Contribute to quarterly reviews of performance (data driven)
What You'll Bring...
- 1-2 years’ experience in digital analytics and strategy
- Passion for data and analytical insights – you like to take complex sets of numbers and turn them into stories
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a must
- Advanced Excel skills
- Must be comfortable developing and analyzing large, complex data sets to collect actionable insights.
- Experience with data analysis tools beyond Excel a must
- Ability to work with a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders and be able to communicate insights to them through presentations, dashboards, reports, etc.
