Production Coordinator, Creative - Love Nature
 
Reporting to the Director, Creative Operations, the Production Coordinator, Love Nature supports the creative team by managing the production and delivery of all promotional video materials for our fast growing global brand, Love Nature. If you’ve ever been drawn to watch a nature doc because the promo was compelling, this is the role that makes sure all that great stuff gets made – and delivered!

This position works closely with Love Nature Creative Manager, Video Producer/Editors, Scheduling Team and Brand Specialists while also connecting regularly with other departments to ensure all video projects run smoothly from beginning to end. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, patient, incredibly organized, and able to manage many overlapping tasks.  Oh, and a love of animals is always a bonus!

What You'll Be Doing... 

  • Receive and assign all requests for Love Nature promotional video projects
  • Daily maintenance of our project management system (Wrike), communicating timelines to all stakeholders from project request through to material delivery
  • Work closely with Senior Creative Manager to prioritize projects on a daily basis
  • Assist with delivery and trafficking of final video deliverables with Media Services
  • Build and maintain relationships across departments and business units to facilitate video creation, approvals, and delivery
  • Maintain an archive of completed video assets

What You'll Bring...

  • Experience in project management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An interest in maintaining and evolving organizational systems
  • Advanced skills in Google Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel and Slides
  • A proactive approach with strong follow-up skills
  • Wrike experience is an asset
  • Experience working with various video formats would be an asset
