Human Resources Intern – Spring/Summer 2024 (up to 320 hours)

Are you ready to dive into the world of Human Resources and make your mark on the Spring/Summer of 2024? Look no further – we're on the hunt for an energetic, multitasking, and downright awesome Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic team!

The duration of the internship would be for 2 months in the Spring/Summer. 

Get ready to kickstart your career! As our HR Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting our global HR team in crafting and supporting initiatives and policies. An opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant, ever-evolving world of TV, Film & Entertainment, while setting the stage for your future career success. 

What You’ll Be Doing…

Internship assignments may vary depending on time of year, but may include all or some of the following:

  • Get hands-on with our HR team, collaborating on diverse operational HR projects
  • Assist in crafting internal policies aligning with the latest legislations
    Taking charge of reviewing our internal policies & procedures, showcasing your organizational prowess and attention to detail
  • Analyzing data to extract valuable insights, guiding our HR Operations towards peak efficiency
  • Taking ownership of ad hoc HR-related administrative processes and projects as assigned

What You’ll Bring…

  • Keen, self-starter interested in being exposed/able to contribute to a wide variety of HR responsibilities
  • Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (GMail/Google Docs/Google Sheets)
  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation)
