Are you a night owl with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail? The Explorer Hotel in Yellowknife is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Casual Night Auditor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily guest transactions and prepare reports.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests during the night shift with professionalism and courtesy.
• Perform front desk duties, including check-ins and check-outs, when required.
• Monitor and respond to overnight security and safety concerns.
• Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized front desk area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a night audit or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data entry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Working Hours: This is a casual position with no guaranteed hours per week, offering flexibility for those seeking supplementary employment or part-time work. The maximum hours per week for this position is 20 hours.
