Job Description:

The Explorer Hotel is seeking a Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted. They will fill cracks and holes, mix paint to achieve the desired color and texture, measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, advise customers on color schemes and wall covering options, erect scaffolding and swing stages as well as attach rigging, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces. The candidate must estimate costs and materials.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English language.
• No standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
